Exceptional staff hospitality made my stay enjoyable.

The room upgrade we paid for did not feel like an upgrade. the access was convoluted and the view disappointing. Additionally, the breakfast service was poorly managed, with broken coffee machines and a lack of utensils.

Awesome stay with great staff!

The rooftop pool was super refreshing after a hot day out. I also loved the breakfast options—really tasty! Special shoutout to the staff. they were incredibly friendly and made me feel super welcome. Only thing was it got a bit noisy at times, but it didn’t ruin my trip at all.
